• Return within 3 days of delivery if the product is damaged, wrong or not as described.
• Product must be unused, with tags and original packaging.
• Diapers, baby food and hygiene items can be returned only if the seal is unopened.
• Refund or exchange is processed within 3–7 working days after we receive the item.
• If the mistake is ours, return delivery is free.
